Policies & your rights
14-day withdrawal right (EU / EEA / UK)
Draft policy for testing only; not legal advice and not a live offer. No personalized-goods exemption is assumed in this draft. The final withdrawal terms, return-cost allocation, and refund deadline require qualified Denmark/EU legal review before any sale. Use the test form only with example/test details; no real customer request is monitored yet.
Defective or damaged item
Draft test text only. Defect remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable statutory rights. No real support queue is monitored yet; the customer-support and remedy procedure must be verified before launch.
Refunds (general)
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. We do not withhold refunds because an item has already been printed.
Delivery
TEST-MODE copy only. Delivery estimates and tracking notifications have not been production-verified; do not rely on this page as an offer to buy.
Charges & payment
You are charged the item price plus shipping at checkout. We never charge your card again after the order is confirmed.
