Policies & your rights
14-day withdrawal right (EU / EEA / UK)
You may withdraw from this purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason. To withdraw, send an unambiguous statement to support@nightfallnotes.example. We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof you shipped it). Return shipping is yours to pay unless the item is defective. This journal is produced on demand but is not treated as a personalised custom good — your withdrawal right applies in full.
Defective or damaged item
If your item arrives defective, damaged or misprinted, contact us with a photo within 30 days. We will arrange a reprint or a full refund at no cost to you. This applies in addition to, not instead of, your statutory rights.
Refunds (general)
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. We do not withhold refunds because an item has already been printed.
Delivery
Printed on demand after your order. Typical delivery: US 10–13 days, EU 13–15 days from order. Tracking is emailed when the item ships.
Charges & payment
You are charged the item price plus shipping at checkout. We never charge your card again after the order is confirmed.
